hi doctor I am facing huge hairfall after my delivery in November. so tell me what should I do??

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. hi, ot is mainly because of hormonal changes take place after delivery. follow a good diet- Eat adequate amount of protein. As hair is made up mainly of proteins. Oiling hair with a mixture of oils like olive, alla oil, onion seed oil, sesame, coconut and castor oil keeps hair healthy n nourish.
