RadhaGuardian of a 2 m old boy3 weeks agoA. Huge not normal, increase protein in your diet and add flexseeds and Fenugreek seeds to control hair fall.

If it is postpartum then yes hair fall is common to be seen but please do not take it lightly consult a dermatologist start with the right treatment and precautions otherwise over period hair fall can increase severely if you do not take right steps in the right time
