It’s been 5 days my baby keeps getting fever on and off

A. it is the viral .Fever is temperature more than 99 . Can Give paracetamol for fever and can be given 3 to 4 times in a day . If temperature does not comes down or baby not looking well then baby need a proper examination as it may be any other infection
