my baby girl is 2.9yr old .. from past 3 weeks she is getting on and off fever . ..routine urine test indicated urine infection....even after taking antibiotics still she gets on and off fever ..plz help

Then maybe it is just not a urine infection it could probably be UTI which takes a lot of time to subside and gives a lot of trouble to a person who suffering with UTI so I think it’s better to go for further assistance try to give more and more of liquid so that the child does not have infection again and make sure that the child is always cleaned down under and not using any dirty urinal
