My son is 5 years old and he is getting fever regular intervals . and its go off after single dose and getting fever in couple of days

A. fever for more than 3 days is not a simple fever and examination is required for the same and youd can continue to give the fever medicine like paracetamol and if needed higher medicine like ibugesic / meftal p. kindly do body sponge and give fluids at regular intervals and regular diet and fmeet the doctor immediately.
