it's been 2 months since i delivered through c section still my stitches are painful and I'm feeling dizziness n little bit fever what should I do?

A. it need to be sen. For the treatment it should be thoroughly examined by a doctor in person as this can not be given any Medicine as such for now . So will advise to consult a near by doctor for same .
