Q.
it's been 2 month since I have my baby but my nipple still hurts and is sore when breastfeeding, I even have cracked nipple. what should I do,? is it ok to eat painkiller when breastfeeding? i have never experienced this kind of prolonged nipple soreness with my other baby and i am a bit worried please help

Sore nipple is most likely due to inappropriate latch of baby or condition like tongue tie in baby
apply breastmilk to the wound and wear loose cotton clothes
