reduce your sugar and fat intake.
drink lots of lukewarm water.

After 6 months of delivery , start doing exercises and yoga regularly.
till that , walk walk and walk.
don't use vehicle for short distance.
eat couple of bites less than usual.
you can drink warm water with honey and few drops of lemon juice daily in morning.
and mam,yes ,it might happen that for 2 or 3 days of periods ,you may get low milk supply.
but don't worry it alright by own.
just feed your child on demand.
the more your child latches, the more milk is produced.
