I am 20 weeks pregnant and having pain in lower abdomen

TrishikaGuardian of 2 children1 Year agoA. dear pain can be due to so many reasons.firstly if you drink less water can cause abdominal pain as it can cause urinary tract infection.urinary tract infections are very common in pregnancy,so make sure drink plenty of water.....secondly if youdo heavy work can cause Pain, so try to do comfortable work...if these reason are not target you then consult your doctor.
