It has been a month since my c section I am breast feeding mom, can I take oziva protein and acv ?

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl4 weeks agoA. Since you’ve had a C-section I think it is better to check with your doctor for protein powder you can take if it is good but for AV you should check with your doctor I don’t think so it would be advisable in early stage of C-section
