is this eczema or ring worm? I'm confuse he is 2 months and 11 days old.

This is looking more like a ring worm so you should consult your doctor once whatever the situation is they will be able to help you with right cream or ointment that you can apply on this it’s actually mostly like a ringworm only but could also be associated with eczema so it’s better to have a physical assessment
