Is this a birthmark on the child's face or is it something else that happened after birth? Please suggest some treatment for it.

A. If your child was born with this mark when the child took birth when you saw your child for the first time if this thing was there that means it’s a child birth that your child is having but if it recently started developing after the word then it could be associated with a problem but we cannot confirm without a physical assessment
