Its Not actually there that is there is some kind of a tonic available but yes there could be a possibility that your child may be having some deficiencies which is leading to suppress appetite and it mostly could be iron fans you get a check with your doctor Dil advise me the best supplement to go for an accordingly you can start giving it to the child
