Also in the dur course of lactation it is advised to avoid high spicy and flavoured foods

Well whatever you eat your baby will get it in tiny amount
Being a breast feeding mother ,one should take the food that is balanced , nutritious as well as easy to digest.
Togh to digest food causes tummy issues in child.
