is there any side effects in pumping milk.i used to pump daily atleast 3 times a day.today I have pain in my left side breast.sugest me what to do

If there is much of pain you can take paracetamol and pumping and giving milk is a completely safe option so there’s nothing wrong in that case I’m just going to advise you to continue feeding the way you are for pain right now you can take paracetamol or any other good painkiller
