is there any oil ot lotion to make baby skin fair?

You have to massage your baby with coconut oil it is the best oil for massage even it help in maintaining baby’s skin tone. Rather than this you can give Bath with bread and milk mixture. You have to give a bath at least thrice a week it will also help in maintaining a skin tone.
