Is there any alternative for iron drops- tonoferon drops. My baby was suggested this drop by pediatrician due to lack of iron but he does not like it at all and cries a lot with breath holding spells. He is 3 months old preterm baby weight 4.0 kg currently.

Orofor xt it’s very good you can use that also but confirm with your doctor and the drops that you are giving an offer not like by the kids or they throw up and that leads to constipation also sometimes so this is going to be a better choice but you first cross check with your doctor
