My baby have passed traces of blood stool after iron drops tonoferon is it normal .. is it because of iron drops

A. it mau not be blood and just iron ok. if you still feel it is iron then better to show to doctor as iron drops will not cause blood in stool

A. What did u do then because my 5 month old baby is also passing blood in stool when given tonoferon
