hlo sr.. my daughter is 5 month old.. her homeoglobin is 7.8... can i give tonoferon drops of iron....

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. there is no problem giving iron drops but should find out the reason why baby is having iron deficiency anaemia for further advise and information in this regard it is advisable to consult your local doctor for proper examination physically and if all required any investigations also and proper management

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 4 m old girl3 years agoA. Yesu can give it to the child for sure it is going to be very important to maintain iron level in the body because your child is having levels below average right now so this is going to be good enough if you give it at least for one year
