Q.

my babay s 1 yr and 3 months old.. my pediatrician suggest to give VitaminD3 drops and Iron drops regularly.. In shop they gave Tonoferon drops(colloidal iron, lysine, folic acid, vitamin B12 drops) instead of Iron drops.. wat to do?? shal I giv tat drops instead of Iron drops??

A. medicines are given according to the maintenance dosage as well as according to deficiency so it is advisable to contact your doctor who will revise the dosage according to the brand available
