is that any drink to mix with water for 3yr boy

A. No.. my son il normal water also.. but is that any energy drink to add with water..

A. Nope There is no such drink acid that you need to mix in the water because you should try to give plain water to the child so that your child is used to the taste of plain water if you keep adding something or the other than yours I will never accept the actual test of the water
