It is higher than normal values.
try to consult diabetologist for medicines.
Avoid sugar. sweets. juices, rice, potatoes, fried foods, maida products
take small meals frquently
Take more of Vegetables, salads , sprouts buttermilk, egg whites pulses in the meals
