Hi Too much of spitting or vomiting is definitely bad it is not healthy because it is common with kids this kind of behaviour is very normal for them for initial 6 to 8 months there is in anything to worry about as such but if it increases amount where you think it’s uncontrollable or unhealthy then it is a question of concern otherwise not
