Soya protein fenugreek a lot of people see a lot of things which is good for lactation but nothing is as such provisions if somebody has suggested you to go for it and absolutely you should because obviously these things are good in general also they are highly rich in protein and we always recommend you to go ahead with a good protein diet as well so why not try thisWrite Your Answer Here
