ExpertDr.Deepinder Kaur DhawanObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. it has no link with supply.. hormonal fluctuations can happen that can affect supply. feed more frequently for more production. mother should take iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly and eat healthy diet and take proper rest

Hi mom It doesn’t cause any harm Give adequate feeding No need to worry Maintain hydration Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation Squeeze your nipple frequently More sucking leads to more milk supply Take more water fruits vegetables protein rich nutritious food to increase your milk supply
