is quality of breastmilk differ oerson to person?if yes hiw do i knw if my breastfeed quality is good..and how to improve the quality..not asking for quantity..

A. composition is same breast milk is made in such a way that first milk that comes after baby suckles, is foremilk. it is watery to quench the thirst of the baby. slowly it thickens. hind milk is the most fatty part of the milk which comes at the end of the feed, it satiates baby. so baby should empty the breast completely.

Hi mom To increase quality of your BM You should keep in mind few things That is eat more increase water intakes Few quantity of food In small intervals Take more water fruits vegetables protein rich nutritious food Take different varieties of food fruits should be vary Take different types of protein rich diet And take more water and search for good fat food like ghee rich food homemade ghee is more preferable BM provides immunity Against specific infection It is better to give only BM till one year or more Give feeding every two hours of intervals More sucking leads to more milk supply and give from one breast at a time to rich to hind milk which is rich in fat helps to increase baby’s weight
