well ,it is natural process.
although for good supply of milk , I would suggest to take Healthy and nutritious diet
take bottleguard, Spinach, garlic, ginger,nuts , pulses,dry fruits ,jeera water , drumsticks soup etc in your diet.
mam , Along with that ,you must continue to offer breasfeeding, Because the more your child latches, the more milk is produced.
