Yes it’s ok but u need to be careful with the diet as you are prone to sugar spike
Have small and frequent meals
Include more fresh vegetables , salads in the diet
Have fruits upto 100-150 gm and have some soaked nuts or roasted chana and peanuts along with it and do not take fruit juices
Include oats, ragi, jowar in the diet and reduce the intake of rice to 2 times a week
Restrict completely sugar, sugary drinks, fried food, sweets and bakery products

so better follow your doctor for healthy pregnancy and delivery
take a diet chart from a nutritionist to keep the level balance
