Yes it is totally safe and very healthy for babies. But you should give it in a juice form only. Otherwise it can be stucked. Because seven months old baby cannot you eat properly. So you can make a juice of pomegranate and can start giving it regularly to your baby it will also help in increasing babies haemoglobin
