pcv which also stands for pneumococcal vaccine is a very important vaccine and is mandatory for all children.
at present the vaccine is that much important that the indian government is giving it now free of cost in regular vaccination schedule.
meet your doctor who will tell you the schedule for pneumococcal vaccine.
even if it was missed previously you can go for it now also.
this vaccine prevents infection due to pneumococcal bacteria which can affect the brain throat chest the child

No It doesn’t stop anything any vaccination that is given to a child is just giving to reduce down the chances of your child is suffering with that issue and that’s quite successful in a way but nothing is hundred percent sure but it does help to a great level
