is packaged Cerelac is good for my 6 months old baby and what to give her in night to eat

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist2 days agoA. dear parent, packaged cerelac should be avoided. they are not as healthy as homemade foods. it is better to give homemade cerelac. at night you can give dal rice or khichdi.

Occasionally if you are giving it to the child why you are travelling or something that it is not a problem but don’t give it on a regular basis at the end of the day is a packaged food only if I look at it I don’t think it’s a very good idea Idea instead of that you should give Khichdi Dalia food items made out of ragi oats and Suji for dinner and lunch
