hello doc....my baby is 16 months old....n I always gave her homemade cerelac....is it necessary to give packaged once now??

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. not necessary. Ceralac is a substitute food, keep this option for emergency only, this is not good for daily basis, to one year baby you can give everything's which you cook for family, try to give family food.
