are packaged food like cerelac good for baby

A. as a first food you can start with cerelac.. always start wheat cerelac as it is easy to digest. as you start with give one spoon first then after 3-4days two spoon then after 3-4days three spoon.. in similar way give once a day then twice a day then three times a day..
