ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician2 years agoA. yes it's good. can use it. You can apply and do gently massage the scalp with coconut oil, Castor oil, almond oil, seasome oil.
Shampooing twice or thrice a week.

Excellent choice I would say since it is one of the most traditional oils that we have been using so you should go ahead with that these days people do not prefer using it because of its smell but it is the best want to you so you can try Himalaya mustard oil if you want
