Is kids need extra multivitamin or other iron calcium to boost immunity with their daily diet or it is sufficient ?

A. if she us taking all family food than no need of extra supplements, Give well balanced diet including all five healthy food groups: vegetables, fruit, grain foods, dairy and protein. Avoid foods high in salt, saturated fat and sugar, foods low in fibre and nutrients, and drinks with caffeine or lots of sugar.
