yes dear it is safe you can use Johnson's Baby Powder I'm using this for my baby  I found that by using this baby powder when i ran out of nappy rash powder, i still had no signs of nappy rash on my girl's sensitive and nappy rash prone skin. Dear No, you should not use any talc powder on a newborn's face, and use it on any part of the baby's body. You can apply baby Johnson's Baby lotion or Johnson's Baby cream .This will keep the face and body smooth and soft. If you want, you can also massage the baby with Johnson's Baby oil. I'm using all these products for my baby i avoid just powder .
