is it safe to use galact granules? if yes, how long can I be consumed

A. hello Ruby, I will suggest you to give a lot of water and split your meals like 5-6 times so that you can see some improvement. additionally reduce oil rich foods like deep fried and consuming raw oil (as some traditional has it, if you don't follow this kind of tradition then ignore this). A. hello... is anybody suffering from gastric issues after delivery?l have been suffering from major gastric trouble since delivery....What remedies should i take as it causes anxiety to me sometimes....

A. yes they are safe exclusive breastfeeding has to be continued till completion of 6 months of age and you have to drink plenty of water and at least 500 ml milk everyday as well as homemade food from cereals pulses vegetable milk and fruits daily e as well as you can go for shatavari supplement which will also help in increasing the breast milk formation (eg lactonic granules, galact granules etc ) also take multivitamins iron calcium and vitamin d along with folic acid. follow all this steps to increase breast milk formation.
