is it safe to take kid to visit national parks during this pandemic...as they are getting bored staying in home all these days...is flu vaccination protect them from this pandemic

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. in the current situation you should give a healthy diet to the children maintain a good hygiene also give vitamin c and zinc supplement suggested by the doctor and avoid exposure of children outsideif you are concerned about the immunity of your child you should give good nutrition food all tcdypes of green vegetables fruits and also dairy products most important thing is maintain a good hygiene.
