ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. dear mum, it would be good to ask ur treating doctor for same.. Have 4 to 5 Healthy meals. Consume more protein rich food, Include more Green vegetables ,Beet root, Carrot Tomato, fresh fruits, Eggs, Millets , Mushroom , Dates, Nuts in diet.
