is it safe to provide Iron drops to 4 months old baby. does it has any side effects like stomach pain, loose stool or any other. ?

it is very important to give iron supplements to the child because the diet before 1 year of age is having very less amount of iron and it is very common that if the child is not given iron supplements tche child will suffer from iron deficiency anaemia so better to continue iron supplements given by your doctor
