Have Heathy snacks and avoid junk foods. Have soups frequently. All foods you can have well cooked. There is no restriction except less oily n spicy. Non veg too in limits. Have milk twice a day with any supplement powder. Have iron and calcium supplements regularly. Avoid having anything in cold like juices or cold water.
