Q.

Is it safe to eat fenugreek for a thyroid? My breast milk supply is completely stopped. They say Fenugreek increases bm. But I’m a thyroid patient. Is it okay to consume ? Any other food to avoid for thyroid?

A. No it is not advisable to intake of fenugreek seeds for thyroid patients specially breastfeed mothers. It will affect to your milk supply. Please check with your Lactation Councellor for more details.

A. hello mum there will not be any wish you with the fenugreek seeds and thyroid cases if you want to be sure to please talk to your director Doctor who checks for your thyroid issue then based on their solution please call for usage of fenugreek seeds are not otherwise you can not talk to your gynecologist and get the supplements for breast milk supply
