Q.

hypothyroid mother taking daily Fenugreek water in empty stomach for increasing breast milk supply is it ok water increases milk in hypothyroid.

A. You can try this a lot of women feel that it is going to be helpful in some may have had help also and taking during hyperthyroid is also not a problem but if you are restricted to have any greek seeds or if your doctor does not suggest then it’s a problem otherwise otherwise it’s not a problem
