NikithaMom of a 10 yr 11 m old boy4 years agoA. hello yes lactating tablet is safe to be taken and also you should have fruits and vegetables and green leafy vegetables especially sabaki and fenugreek which is also very helpful to increase the milk secretion and you should give infant formula milk stage 1 if bm is not sufficient using a bpa free bottle like Babyhug
