These days there are many brands that are available in the market which are tear free and most of the times nothing will happen if that goes in the eyes and rinsed immediately

It’s Okay it is not something that you definitely need to so much worry about you can just clean the eyes properly with cold water or something so that after that one so the show soap wash is not out of the eyes your child is definitely going to feel much better after
