is it ok to take capsule vsl #3(probiotic) for 15 days for every 6 months?I am having IBs problem and while taking probiotic ,I don't feel uncomfortable in my stomach and won't rush myself to poop... but these tablets are not giving me permanent relief..so wanted to check is there any side effects of taking probiotic (vsl #3) in every 6 months for 15 days?
