Jasmine KaurMom of a 10 yr 1 m old boy3 days agoA. Hello dear parentc yes you can put salt in 8 months old baby food. But try to put only pinch of it. Do not try to make it very tasty because of salt. Just a pinch. So that baby is kit in habit of eating salty.
