Shaista TarannumMom of a 16 yr 7 m old boy4 years agoA. better to avoid till completion of six months. until then you will be exclusively breastfeeding. whatever you eat at this stage will go to the baby directly. hence atleast till you are breastfeeding better to avoid it. instead eat irin rich foods.
