AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 8 m old boy1 Year agoA. Hello dear Ma’am, please do not worry about it too much. It is okay to have vomiting in 4th month of pregnancy. Some women get vomiting throughout their pregnancy. Please take tangy and vitamin C rich liquids. Also, you can take some medicine, but only after consulting with your doctor, please take iron and calcium rich food items. Also continue with the iron and calcium supplements as suggested by your gynaecologist
