Shabnam SheikhMom of 2 children4 years agoA. hi..it is good if u bind ur tummy post delivery after a normal delivery. do check with ur doctor if u had a c section for tummy binding. If u had a c section its best to wait for excersize atleast 6 mnths so that stiches can heal properly... strt walking a bit when u hv time, control sweet food eat well and feed well so that u cn loose weight faster...ask ur doc for advise on when to strt excrsze
